Solent meet up
Hi all. I'm new here but my 535 is moored on the Hamble and I have friends with 2 other solent based Shetlands.
We have decided to organise a meet up next season, probably a pub with moorings or moorings nearby and stay aboard overnight.
Anybody trailing boats could launch from where my boat is moored and it's secure parking with locked gates at night.
Who would be up for it?
It's just an idea at the moment but I'm up for organising something.
Tom

Re: Solent meet up
I suggest a starting point of Mercury Yacht harbour where my boat is moored.
Good slip and plenty of parking.

There is a campsite attached to the yard too, obviously right next to the river Hamble.

Managed to get the boat back in the water this weekend, so there is more potential for organising things.

Perhaps my computer is Australian.
