Shetland family 4 with 2023 Suzuki DF50 engine

Hi all,

I'm in Southern Ireland.

I'm thinking about selling my old Shetland Family 4 with a 2023 Suzuki DF50 engine, new cable steering system (both from Viking Marine) and new seat covers made by a small business in Ireland. In 2022 a new hood and new vinyl decals from James Reinman in Shetland. It's on a trailer. It's because I'm considering buying another [old] Shetland (I have another boat too currently in a local marina - an older also UK built inboard engined boat but, to be honest, my favourite is the Shetland - I think because I purchased a new engine and I'm not comfortable with old ropey engines and I've realised that that engine and the engine, steering and associated mechanics is what really matters for me anyway).

There are pictures of it already on the general forum. If anyone's interested let me know. I do well realise that anything boat wise means losing money - a bit like a car - the moment you buy a new outboard engine, like a new car, it just drops in value immediately but I don't have space to buy/own boat # 3.
