Only thing to add to the story is that it's doing great, despite the fact that I never did get round to the cosmetic upgrade :oops:
Strips instead of sheets make the job easier, but you need to make sure the gaps are minimal ...

Deliquay is right.There was never foam injected anywhere on the 535 at time of build, as far as I know.
