SHETLAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Anyone know what’s happened to all the original brochures? They all seem to no longer exist.

I’m in the same boat…..

I didn’t know they had an official owners association. Where can I find it?

Has anyone tried contacting Shetland boats with a view to access their database of boat build dates etc, no personal or specific data?
Just wondering if it was worth a shot so it could be accessed on here and they could note on their website so not keep getting Enquiries.

Did it not have a windscreen when you bought it? I have a Suntrip and will be happy to send measurements and pics of the windscreen if it helps

A 2 stroke would always have much better acceleration than a 4stroke, and if an engine size/ boat weight combo is on the cusp of its capabilities, 2 may get up to revs when a 4 stroke wouldn't quite get there, BUT, there have been no new 2strokes built for 15 years, they are horrendous on fuel ...
