I'm not sure when the mk 1 changed to the mk 2.
But I will try to find out.

The 570 mk2 had a foam filled hull the mk1 didn't.

Change over tanks. In my 535 I had 3x 22L tanks which I could just swap the fuel line between and I had a 10L can spare.
However on a normal day out, rarely used more than about 30L at once.

I have used international toplac paint before and it gives a good finish.
I used the toplac primer above the waterline and used the primer specific for the antifouling under the waterline.

As for engine size my last 535 had a 75hp on and would do 33knts.
A 40hp will probably do about 25knts give or ...

I had covers for my 535 made by phil at Nauticover in Cornwall.
Phil is a great bloke and holds many patterns but I don't know about a 570 spray good.

Any cover or sailmaker should be able to make one up, there must be some in the North east somewhere?
