SHETLAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Does anyone know where to find eye plates like the below, as we have lost one, and are trying to find a close match to the other 5:

It is Broadstairs Harbour, nestled between Margate and Ramsgate on the East Kent coast.

Lovely little harbour and I think it suits the Shetland style of boat well.

Picked up our first boat just over a week ago, and finally got her onto her morning on Tuesday. Old boat in an old harbour, and looks like she belongs there:

I viewed a boat today which was marketed as a Shetland 536, and had a Shetland 536 decal on the side towards the stern. However, the registration plate stated a Shetland Family 4. Stupidly I did not make a note of the manufacture serial number.

The rail on the bow was a single hoop running bow ...
