Hi I am looking to buy a Shetland 29 or 27. Can anybody give me some idea of the fuel consumption at 5MPH cruising speed for both inboard and outboard motors. (Inboard 50Hp Outboard 60Hp). Also what are the pros and cons of outboard vs inpboard. Thanks very much.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a shetland 27 and a 27i - is it just the 27i has an inboard engine? Thanks in advance

We bought our 27i from Shetland around the same time as Polski.

Very happy with the ordering process and delivery and have used the boat loads with no real issues. I did have a problem with the bow thruster and fridge being faulty on delivery but both were replaced quickly and without fuss ...
