Once again, unashamedly bumping my own thread 😀

I decided that this year we needed to take her out of the water and do some jobs that really need doing.

Plans include polishing and painting the hull, cleaning the transom, staining and varnishing the rubbing strakes, making good a little bit of ...

And me...

After getting quotes from one or two aftermarket firms, I bought a canopy directly from Shetland for my Saxon about 2 years ago.

I haggled with Mr Reinman and got a reasonable deal, and it was delivered fairly promptly considering the lead time quoted.

Nice part of the world, the Broads...our previous 4+2 was moored at Broadsedge Marina Stalham..many a happy hour spent

It's much more fun doing it yourself and probably cheaper...

Just until Admin gets the chance....
