Name in blue but a lot of time pictures are locked with message 'update your account to enable 3rd party hosting'.

This is a problem with Photobucket.
They have decided, in their infinite wisdom, that in order to display pictures stored on their site on 3rd party sites e.g this forum and others, you have to upgrade your account and pay them $400 a year.
