Mine has nothing fitted from factory

I have fitted an automatic bilge pump though so this should do the trick

there are 2 pipes running through the transom above the splashwell, but nothing below

I presume you mean one of the screwed removable type

Cheers, mine has a 25mm hole right at the bottom of the bilge, it looks like a factory fit drain, I'll just get one of those bangs with the lever on it that squishes it up tight.

yours is a 570 mark 2 wheas mine is a Mark1

they must have added the drain at the factory or even by a previous owner.

I got on with stripping vynal off the walls of the cabin yesterday afternoon, really glad we are doing this as there is plenty of water behind it, also glad we will be replacing the windows as those purple ones are really bad.

Quick update,

It's been a while since I posted on here, I've been busy over this weekend.

All fittings on the roof have been removed and resealed and refitted, windscreen has been fitted, cabin painted, new windows and seals fitted and VHF arial fitted.

As promised some pictures of the work done so far.
The roof has been left un painted as we are going to be replacing the roof lining, I have fitted the new bluesea systems switch/fuse panel in to the old board just for test wiring everything up then a new board will be made.

I am also having a problem with my houdini hatch leaking, I think it due to the seal and I'm not sure if it has the correct one fitted, to me it looks like it should have the P type seal.
