Hello coolcat.
I would be interested to hear of your initial impressions and opinions of your new boat as you get to know her and have the time to take stock.
We are actively looking and looking forward to some waking up of the sales market as spring is just round the corner.
I don't know if the Owners Association rules allow personal emails being posted but would be happy for you to contact me via my email.

Evening ,
We are onboard tonight having had a lovely Fish & Chip supper.
Now relaxing with a glass or three of wine and watching TV.
So far we have loved the extra space and comfort compared to our Viking 20.
Early days yet but so far we are impressed with the accommodation, fixtures and fittings and also driving the boat.
I'm more than happy to answer any emails should you need any further information etc.

A few from last Sunday.
Moored up at St Benet's Abbey for a spot of lunch.
Our first meal cooked on board.....Having an invertor fitted is very useful indeed as lunch was cooked in the microwave as well as the oven

Congratulations on your beautiful new boat! It looks absolutely immaculate and it really nice to see you both enjoying yourselves so much - despite the cold weather! Safe sailing and hope you both have many seasons of happiness on Riverlight! Your photographs are top notch quality also - keep them coming!

We were going up tonight but the weather was a bit grim so gave it a miss.
Won't be up till the weekend after next but hope to post some photos and keep you all up to date on how we are getting on.

What size heating unit do you have is it gas or diesel and how do you find it for heating the cabin and cockpit is it enough on the cold winter nights

Hi,
It has propex gas heating to the cockpit and cabin but we have shore power at our Marina and we run an oil filled radiator when moored up.
That gets more than toasty enough .
We run the gas heating when we are on the move and it seems to be adequate and would probably be okay through the night as well.
