SHETLAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION

So what is everyone up to this weekend , where are you taking the Shetlands for some water time ?

Myself I shall be going fishing off the coast of exmouth , been out the last 2weekends and caught lots of mackerel and the odd pollock, then around the river exe for a cold drink in the floating cafe

So what's the plan ?

Hamble, Solent, possible Cowes depending on water traffic

Waiting for my new (to me) 60 EFi to be sorted All this nice weather & Mackerel starting to show up off Montrose and Arbroath area too!!!!
Thank god I had a 30 day warranty

We went out Friday evening out of Rhosneigr to Rhoscolyn and spent the night there. Sadly we had to come back in this afternoon as my daughter is coming over tomorrow morning. That's 2 weekends on the trot now we've got out, really could do with 6 months of this weather twice a year!

We went out yesterday up the river exe , couldn't go out the sea as it was a easterly wind with big swells , so thought better of it

Went and had a coffee in the floating cafe so not all was bad .

We are off to Priory Marina on the Ouse, the cloud should burn off soon, might even see Timbershifter there if he,s about .

It was good to meet you and Dawn. A nice meander to Barford and back just in time to retrieve my car and trailer before they locked them in.
