Please help me contact Shetland Boats for a spare

dear friends,
early this year I wrote an email to Shetland Boats to ask them about a spare part I need for my 498 (the roof hatch I unfortunately I lost while out at sea). Having got no answer I asked here and followed the suggestion to wait until the end of the London Boat Show. So I did, and after more than a month I wrote again (it was february 8th). I start to get a little worried since I got no answer from them, again.
I wonder if someone from this forum would be so kind as to call them at the phone and sort out what happened... may be my emails has been trashed as spam, or who knows what. I could call them from here in Italy, obviously it's not a matter of cost, phone calls are cheap and there is skype, but I do not trust my spoken English enough to talk at the phone about boats, and sometimes you get someone on the other side that has no time to lose trying to decode a weird foreign accent
I would be more than willing to make a donation (albeit a small one, can't afford large sums) to RNLI or a different charity of your choice to thank for help.

I’d like to buy a replacement cover hatch for my 498 (I lost mine in a place where water is deep), but I need a little clarification before placing the order in your online shop. You have two Cover hatches, one is marked “cabin” and the other “c/way”. Since there are no picture and English is not my first language I do not know which one is the one I need. I have to replace the cover hatch in the middle of cabin roof (almost flat, with a slight “U” shape), not the “L” shaped one that fits over the door.
Do you have it available? How much will it cost to have it delivered to Italy?
