shetland 570 transom rebuild

Hi fellow Shetland owners .how are your transoms well mine is truly rotten as you can see 
,i have a 570 mk2 with the bowl end'' Ive owned her since the 1980's and she has been a wonderful boat but alas after finding her transom rotten we have decided to revamp her everywhere.
Wow what a project this is going to be ,we have now come to end of refitting transom and now
move onto new floors and to be honest its not as hard job as people may think we have taken step by step pics and will find place show them big thx reading.
