How long does it take Shetland to update there Webb page it's been frozen on the new model for at least two weeks.
Anyone go to LIBS and see the new model, we were very impressed, best model Shetland have ever produced, proper aft bedroom, nice kitchen, large enough bathroom you can actually use, wider than usual, good access with bathing platform running full width of boat and still retaining the cheap outboard running costs. Overal very smart and modern and will sell very well although they are going to restrict production

we clearly have very different tastes . a shetland was aimed an normal people on average wages that wanted a high quality ride and build and not at daft prices. I was not impressed with the uild and they start at over 60K so lose on at least 2 out of 3 counts for me oh and the owner is aggressive which also does not help. I would rarther chat to a hungry Hannibal lecter!

I'd like to see their new model but as the website is still not up and running I guess I'll just have to use my imagination

The Shetland Boats website is still "being updated". I tried calling the telephone number on the home page but there's no answer or message. I hope all's well at Shetland?

I have been waiting for a reply from Shetland for over two weeks about who supplies the synthetic teak used in the Shetland 27.

Two emails and no response. I telephoned Shetland this morning and got through.

When we visited LIDS this January we looked at the Shetland 24. A lovely boat with a BIG price tag.

The salesman was less than enthusiastic and gave the very clear impression he had no interest in trying to sell the boat. Barely polite and certainly not interested in conversation.

If this was the owner he need to go to salesman skills school.
