Painting my Hull

Hi Everyone
I’m after some advice.
My Shetland 535 is in dry storage for the winter but I’m hoping to have permanent mooring on the Thames from about next April.
The hull of the boat currently black is looking quite shabby so obviously this is a good time to paint and obviously below waterline anti foul
I have a good idea with regards to sanding down, filling etc
But I don’t know what anti foul paint to use for below the waterline
And am I ok to use the same primer for above and below the waterline
Could anyone recommend a primer and the best antifoul for my boat ?
Any other useful tips would be really appreciated
