I wonder if admin is aware of the disappearance of boat specs or is there some sort of update or upgrading occurring. Also the pictures are now unloadable as my pc says 'unrecognised format'.

I sent a PM to Admin about this issue on 31 November, no reply yet. I hope Sue and family are OK. I doubt our £5 donations go far with hosting costs so I've offered to donate more.

Very sorry to hear that, I suspected life had got in the way somehow. I hope your recovery is speedy.

What better example of the fault than a screenshot of images of Clive's excellent work?! This should an inline image of what I see: (the preview doesn't look hopeful).

But I don't want to push you to spend time on this if it delays your recovery.

My profile shows I am a paid member but I am no longer able to upload images, nor view them.

Just discovered another problem, the picture won't attach.

All I get when I try to view is “this attachment is no longer available”

Ok i have had a techy look at the back end. I can add attachments but I want you to try for me please.

The boat spec files are a different matter, it may be that we have lost them for ever. , they are trawling the back ups to try and retrieve them. Something got corrupt at in a server update.

LOL - I am getting to old for all this, at 64 and having run the site for 17 years I think I may look for someone to take over.
