Cheers Mal. Mine is in storage in my workshop for winter now also. Had a w/e on Lough Derg just gone and decided to putting it away for winter to do a repaint and some patching and upgrading. As usual I will post a few pics and plan to get it back on the water before end March next year.

Well I am still here. Had visitors who were not really interested in a boat trip so not been out for a while. Took the advice of a guy on powerboat.ie and took my spluttering engine to the mechanic at Shannon Sailing in Dromineer. No major damage - they put the water pump in right :good: and ...

im still here but waiting for my engine to come back from being looked at. I will be back on the forum just as soon as i am back on the water. hopefully within the next week

my engine came with the boat. I got these really cheap in sligo bought on a whim. Boat is probably 40 yrs old and the engine is 1982. Its a Evinrude 25hp 2 stroke and is away at the moment having a problem investigated. If could do with a bigger motor, especially if we go to sea as we plan ...

Bought this in Sligo late last year and still doing a few jobs but planning to have some fun in it this summer before I take it into the shed coming winter to paint it in the Spring. Most of the work so far has been on the engine. Lovely ...

Finally got it on the water! Still some niggles and jiggles to sort out but each launch is a learning step and we havent drowned yet
