bilge pumps

Hi guys
ive not been on for a wee while but here goes
im hoping to change both the bilge pumps on my Marina gt as last time i was out the auto one was staying on so i think it may be faulty
can anyone recommend replacements as there are a few on ebay i.e. GPH sizes 3700,500,1000
any advice is much appreciated thanks
ps would i be able to repaint on top of coat thats already on with a wee rub down ?

If your pump has an integral switch its worth checking to see if debris is jambing the float. If the level switch is remote just change that as the pump is working. If I'm changing a pump, I choose the largest that will fit in compartment. Might buy extra time in an emergency. Can't help you with your paint question though.
