Hi all,
I just bought my first boat and I know absolutely nothing but I have lots of luke because it's a Shetland. The problem is that I will very busy on my next month.
If you have recommended option for me I appreciate a lot.

Hi,
Could you explain more what you mean by motor HB? It is not a term used by British boaters. Are you trying to change the tilt of the motor against the round metal retaining bar? (drop nosed pin or toggle cleavis pin)
If your question is something more about the motor than the Shetland, you may find information about motors more easily in Spanish on the internet, than asking here in English. We will help if we can, and this forum is still an excellent source of information about Shetland boats, but other Spanish boaters will also know about motors too.

Hi Cesar,
On my family 4, the heads of the lower bolts (2) are exposed on the inside of the boat, in a bilge sump under the engine splash well. It needs two people to remove them, one outside, and another in the boat, laying down and reaching under the splashwell to get to the heads of the bolts.
Looking at the photos of your boat, I would possibly just cut the heads off carefully with an angle grinder. Once the motor was removed I would carefully knock the remaining bolts back through the transom, trying not to enlarge the bolt holes.
On another note, It is not good to paint motors with standard antifoul paint. It contains copper compounds, and these can chemically and electrically react with the aluminium in the motor and cause galvanic corrosion of the motor. You can buy special antifouling for motors which does not contain copper. I do not paint anything on my motor, and all weed and shell life just scrubs off every few months and fully washes off at the end of each season. I leave a 25mm gap in the antifoul paint all round my motor.

As you may not translate easily English technical names for boat components, this photo from the internet shows an old Family 4 engine splashwell and the bilge sump underneath where the lower bolt heads can be accessed.
Hopefully, your boat has the same components.
