I have just purchased a 640( pin tires and proper intro later)
Its serial number is 380, any idea of year of manufacture

You should fint it in BoatSpec section I guess.

You have to be a full member to access boat specs and to see and post pictures. £5 for lifetime membership.

Welcome to the forum. There are no serial numbers listed for the 640, but there were approx 400 built between 1972-78. There is a wealth of info and help on this forum, and the £5 one off fee for full membership helps keep it running, and gives full access to all the sections and the ability to post and view pictures. It looks like they built 50-60 boats per year so yours is probably '78
