Hi everyone,

Not been on here for long so I thought I'd introduce myself my name is Colin Jennings and I run a small boat windscreen company called Custom Boat Screen Solutions we are based in the west Midlands/ Birmingham We supply many boat windscreens to numerous boating companies and also supply for the retail sector, like ebay / instagram/ Facebook. I must say we are very premature to the forum clubs we have very little knowledge so please if we are introoding please accept my apologies and guide us in the correct direction. I will upload some images of the countless shetland screens we have moulded here at Custom Screens Solutions. From likes of the family four range/ 535/ 535/ suntrip/ greyline.

We have a Shetland 640 and are racking our brains on how to make a windscreen that can fold down . . . . Following a low bridge incident which we don't talk about lol any ideas? What sort of costs are in a screen? Thanks

Maybe you could make a quick release system for removing the whole screen in 1 piece, just until you clear any oncoming low bridges . There are many quick release brackets on the market that might just suffice

Yeah I looked at that and in theory that would work, but the other problem I have now found is that the canopy attaches to the top of the windscreen, so I guess I would also need to frame it with some Aluminium channel or something, do you do the Perspex panels separate?
