Saker help please

I am trying to fin the "Maximum design speed" for a new insurance quote. Any ideas please?

Also asked by some insurance people ask for what speed it will go with the 60hp outboard in knots??

Finally is there a way to find out when your boat was made please?
My Saker is number 007 so take it thats one of the first made?

The max design speed is wanted to put the quote in a broad category rather than an exact number, a slow displacement boat, a boat fast enough to pull a skier or a real racer.
I’d estimate the top design speed of that boat engine combo 20knots
