You don't have required permissions?

I've just joined the forum... so hello! Unfortunately when I try to look at pictures it states I do not have the required permissions. Why is that?

Please check my payment too, I'm afraid I registered on the forum with a different email than the one I have on paypal. You should find a payment from Italy, associated with the email davide (at) cogitamus.it. Sorry to write here for a personal matter but I couldn't find a way to send a message directly to a board administrator.
