Some help please....

I have just bought a 'Check Marine Boats Ltd. Dolphin 22 Cruiser' which seems to be pretty much if not exactly the same boat as a Shetland 4+2. I have done a quick google on it but can find little or no information about this company. I have heard that they bought the Shetland moulds and carried on producing boats under their own name. Can anybody here help me out with more information? I would appreciate the help, thanks.
