having had a 536 for 11 years my boat is very much admired by members of our boat yard. in particular because its got a 50 four stroke engine' which in my opinion is perfect for fuel consumption and speed. however after seeing your boat. well done for work you have done and you make me proud to be a 536 owner

Are you concerned that the impeller looks worn because of the angle of the blades? I am not familiar with this particular model but the blades look as is they were moulded at their present angles and have not distorted with use. The tips of the blades appear to be of a circular section. If they were worn I would expect to see them worn flat.

That said, it is certainly good practice to carry a spare impeller.
