4+2 most useful items

I am considering an upgrade to a bigger boat and the 4+2 is one that I am considering. Looking at the shetland site and also adverts it would appear that a lot of fitments are options.
My question is on a 4+2 which of the following are more important and useful.
Hot water at sink and shower
Is the shower a usable size in reality and if there is no holding tank mentioned where does the water go?
Blown air heating. Sounds a good idea to extend the boating season and make overnighting late in the year more comfortable but is it any good
Fridge. None seem to run on gas how useful are they if you spend all weekend on 12v on BW moorings.
Fitted tank for fuel. Is this essential or is having a spare 25 litre one on board just as easy
Our boating would mainly consist of 1 or 2 nights up and down the Trent staying on BW moorings no shore power, some have showers but most only toilets. I would be cooking on board as well as some meals out to keep er indoors happy.
Any help or comments appreciated trying to keep the shetland badge flying on a river full of Sealine s34's, although a S24 is an option so try keep me from straying to the dark side

I have a 4 + 2 on the Thames.Just spent two weeks on it, Brilliant. Just have a cold water tap ! Can boil water if I want hot no prob. No shower in shower room but if there was very little room use shore facilities. Hot air heating ??? What if gets really cold can use gas hurricane lamp for light it gives off heat. Cooking a meal on the boat soon heats the boat lovely to come into on a cold night.Have got good quality sleeping bag for cold nights...can snuggle up !!!! I have no fridge on board but for one or two nights aboard a good cool box does the trick for me. Also keep my beer in the locker space under the rear deck area under the seat, Always comes out chilled even in summer.As to fuel I have a Mrecury 9.9 bigfoot outboard which is more than adequate for the Thames. Have a 22 litre removable fuel tank and carry 2 five litre spare cans have never run out uses 1 litre of petrol per hour.Love the boat my thoughts are the more equipment you have the more there is to go wrong.
Love the 4 + 2 also easy to handle on my own

For a minute there I thought bear grills had bought a shetland lol.
I don't mind slumming it I fish from a bivvy for days on end but the more comfortable the boss is the more the boat gets used if you get my drift, I like your idea about lack of heating though
