570 project from bare shell

well the deck and lower sides have had 2 coats of flowcoat and Ive got the lockers and front seats fitted.

The doors are ready to go on but the panel around the doors and console look crap compared to the lovely fresh flowcoat

Ive decided to flowcoat this panel first to liven it up before fitting the doors

well

apart from a test on the Menia straits and finding that the Suzuki isn't big enough for my 570 , not much has happened

I bought another boat, a Sunbird Corsair 150 because it had a 90hp Yam on the back.

This will go on Ebay as soon as it de-rigged.

The suzi is sold and being collecting in the next week.

Next job is to derig the Suzi and get the Yamaha on there.

Ive sorted out some new 703 controls off the person buying my engine (hes an outboard engineer) and hope to get it fitted in the next 2 weeks.

will sort some pictures out when its fitted.

Nows the time for all that work to start again to look forward to seeing some winter project pictures on here.

What make and size is your new steering wheel? I really like and might borrow the design choice - if you don't mind!

Teleflex Safe-T Quick Connect they do 2 versions, light and heavy duty, I went for the heavy duty

bought it as a kit from Marine Scene, but not sure if this has been replaced by the NFB kit now

The wheel is the Teleflex Como 5

it was purchased from Nautequipe and was the premium heavy duty kit
