That looks like a good solution. I might do that with little E which is easy to manhandle. Big E is currently hanging on an engine crane. I will probably put the bigger engine (40hp) on the back of the boat then get it professionally recommissioned at a local marina.

Well, the 2nd half of this summer has been a total loss as far as Meggy goes. I've been moving house and buying a property abroad and poor Meggy has had to be put on hold.

However, I now hope to get back to the task. It's a bad time of year now and so work will be restricted but I will get on with what I can... Watch this space.
