Help with age of 536

Bit late on this only just read the post, I recently contacted Shetland via email asking the same question, I have a 536 serial number 6992 which turns out is a 1975, here is the email I used and received a quick and helpful response. [email protected]

That's the email address I used back in April, but received no response.
I might try it again then, as there could have been work/IT problems due to the Lockdown.

Well.
I just emailed them again, and they responded within a couple of hours!
My serial number is from 1977.
I hope that this, and Oddie's date (2 posts previous), may help someone else looking for approx dates.

Hi Paul, good to hear Shetland got straight back this time. As I said before they were very helpful with my queries. Personally I think it’s great you can still contact the original builders 45 years later?!!

Dose anyone have any plans to the layout of the 536 as we have water in the cabin under the foor and was told there a tank in the stren under the floor, we can't work out why the water isn't getting out. Any help please please please
