Hi all
We viewed a shetlend 27 2008 today. Good clean boat battery’s replaced 2 years ago, engine serviced 3 years ago ,anti foul 2 years ago. T.V standard boat, in cherry. left in water and not used for 2 years any comments

engine serviced 3 years ago...... oooch. even more if its an inboard! No engine likes sitting for that amount of time so see it working under stress before you even go near it.

Agree with Dave, thorough check on engine and a good independant surveyor. Ideally the boat needs to be out once a year for a good dry out and check battery condition as they don't like being stood idle either.
