What primer to use for fist sized bare gell coat areas...before applying antifoul

Hi Everyone
Checked anti foul done by my boatyard last year on my Shetland 4 + 2. All looks good except as to be expected along the water line. Managed six weeks of cruising last year on the Thames. Intend to lightly sand then apply two coats of anti foul to the waterline sides. There are however a couple od patches in these areas where the white gell coat is clearly visible. Any ideas for a cheap way of priming these spots (generally the size of my fist ) before applying the anti foul.(Do not want to go to the expense of a litre of specialist paint.) Wonder if Dave in Glasgow has any ideas ?
Suspect my boatyard only applied one coat to these areas last year.
