Anyone used Shetlandboats.co.uk for part's?

Has anyone used Shetlandboats.co.uk (James Reinman) for part's? If so how did you get on? I have been looking for a canopy for my 570 and had a quote from a local company for £1200, a bit more than I was expecting so gave shetland boats a call and for £795 delivered including the frame I purchased it from them, I was given a timescale of 3 weeks for delivery (six weeks ago) I have emailed a few times and had no response, I have called 3 or 4 times and get fobbed off with I,m busy or I'm m not at work just now and I will get back to you which they never have once! I have looked online to see if there are any reviews for this company which I found none, beginning to look like I have been conned as nobody would surely run a previously reputable company like this, thoughts anyone?

Hi there, a fellow owner moored near me ordered a replacement rear canopy for a 4+2 early last year, She was given a similar time window but ended up waiting a couple of months, so don't give up just yet

I waited 9 months for a replacement windscreen, i had actually forgotten that i had ordered it when it arrived, and then the money left my account 2 days later. I wasn't very happy with the quality, they had overshaped it and tried to recover the profile but it had left a kink in the top edge.

Benefit of hindsight I suppose, always do the research before ordering. I would always suggest https://www.nauticover.co.uk/ in Falmouth. I spoke to them and they are super helpful and good prices. I bought another boat with a new cover instead! Fingers crossed it works out ok for you and leave a review if you can. And definitely put a warning out here if you have problems.
