570 Portholes

Just taken out my 570's potholes as the Perspex has gone all crazed/cracked and the seals are all worse for wear. Can anyone tell me where i can get new seal material and new Perspex from, and also when reassembling where do i get the correct rivets to reattach to the boat.

I replaced mine with stainless - Vetus, bloody expensive but cheap Chinese ones that personally I wouldn't trust were the other option. The holes bolt through and lined up so no filling or drilling. The opening was a bit bigger so I sanded it back. I love them! Get blind stainless riveted if you can (Amazon/eBay, most chandlers). Think you might struggle to get replacement perspex and make a good safe job.

Are your windows fitted inside shaalloy frames, or simple windows oversized and fastened over the openings to the outside of the coachroof?

They are the original porthole windows fitted in an aluminium 2 part casing
