Shetland 535 Suntrip – Technical Specifications/Documentation Needed for Registration

Hi everyone,
my father recently bought a Shetland 535 Suntrip which he has started renovating. However, when he purchased it, he only received a Bill of Sale, and unfortunately that’s not enough to register the boat here in the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for any kind of official documentation, technical specifications, brochures, or manufacturing data about the Shetland 535 Suntrip that could help us with the registration process.

If anyone has:
An original owner’s manual, brochure, or leaflet
Any technical sheet with dimensions, weight, engine type, or year of manufacture
Or if you know where we might get this kind of info
…it would be a huge help!

It may be worth trying the manufacturers at Shetland Boats, Broadway, Pakenham, Suffolk. IP31 2JG. Tel 0135255. Might be better to write than to phone as they are not the quickest to pick up the phone.

Does it still have its little oval plate with the manufacturer's number on it? Look around the cockpit near the steering wheel. This would give its age.

Unfortunately, we could not find any small oval plate or manufacturer's number on the boat. The entire hull has been sanded and re-laminated, and there are no visible signs or clues indicating the original type or model of the vessel. We're relying solely on the information stated in the bill of sale documents. Thank you all for your advice and suggestions.
