Re-Introduction - My 4 plus 2

Good afternoon all.

I'm a fairly long-time user of these forums, but not posted in a few years. I've aquired a new Shetland since my last post,, and sold my previous 535 (my beloved "Shy Guy"), so I figured it was time, ahead of the new "season", to re-introduce myself and boat.

This is a 2009 Shetland 4 plus 2. Had it a couple of years now, but late last year, did a bit of a rename, so here are a few pics.

It's based at Beeston Marina, just outside of Nottingham. I'd love to hear from other nearby Shetland owners. I notice there's a few in the marina.

Hi, looks a nice tidy boat, can I ask, do you use the fridge & more importantly does it do the job ? I have a 4+2 & to be honest the fridge is a bit of a waste of time & space. cheers magic flack.

Hi I have a 4 year old 4+2 with the same fridge as in photos above, yes we do use it, & it works very well. only thing is, if you are staying put on a mooring for more than two days you do need to top up the batteries (2 X 100 AH in my case).
Would not be without it.
