535 spray screen and cabin windows

Hi, Does anybody, anywhere have templates or accurate dimensions spray screen and cabin windows for my recently aquired circa 1970's 535. The make shift ones on it are fit for purpose but look horrible so I want to replace.

You can buy the windows + spray screen off ebay for £154.45 (for windows) + £117.95 (for spray screen) = £271.95
It would be alot cheaper to make your own. But i thought i would mention it.

I too am looking for template/dimensions for the windscreen as the old was a bit of a bodged job. Seems like alot of people need them but no one has put them up. I think the admin guy on this site has manuals to upload in the reference area but can't seem to find them so they may not be up yet. I'm hoping there are dimensions in one of them.

I bought one from here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Shetland-535- ... 720wt_1139 at £79.50 it saves loads of work. Ideally you will need to use manguard, which is very strong and not affected by ultra-violet, for the windows and at 5mm thick can be a pain to cut.
If you use the boat on the sea I would suggest that you cut the windows over size and bolt them into place using s/steel bolts or plastic bolts. I suspect that may well need to replace the window rubber as well in which case the whole window rebuild will start getting expensive.

Cheers Dave, I actually went for the same one too in the end. It will save a good bit of work and I figured I might pay up and get it done right instead of possible mistakes trying to cut at home.
