Hi,
Many thanks for that - you've obviously been working your socks off. Having got through the safety (for Broads licence) and hull inspection (for insurance) today, I'm just waiting for the prop to be changed (from a cannibalised spare engine) and an engine service before getting her on the water for the first time. As she is serviceable, if rather tatty, my plan is to enjoy her on the water this spring/summer then get stuck in with the smartening up next autumn when, given your report, I'm really looking forward to all that sanding down (not).

I’m moored at the Waveney River Centre, often in Beccles. Let’s get together. For upholstery/canopy/tonneau etc. try Haven Upholstery near Staples in Great Yarmouth. Why pay exorbitant “marine” prices (BOAT = Bung On Another Tenner), a tonneau is great for Winter, keeping the canopy in perfect condition.

Who did your BSS? Mine's due in October, I'll probably trailer it to Shetland and let James do whatever's necessary.
