I totally agree, it's a lot of hard work to get rid of Osmosis, and you may find you will for a few years get blistering in other parts of the hull that have not been treated. WALK AWAY. Sorry :D

Yeah it is, we love ours. Hopeing to do the Gloucester & Sharpness this year if weather will allow, we were doing it last year but with the weather as it was we chose Tenerife. I forgot to say that these boats are not good sea boats due to the beam 6ft10 !!

Hi Guy's I used to have a 535 which over 2yrs I restored, for sealing the windows you need to use windscreen sealer not your run of the mill diy sealer.
DIY sealer will dry out and go hard, where as Windscreen sealer will stay soft and plyable thus keeping the seal.
